And in Cymru/Wales, left to a tiny village in the Swansea Valley to do Glyndwr great for five years:
Machynlleth has no excuse whatsoever, as Embassy Glyndwr give it them on a Plate in 1404 and what did they do with it? NOTHING!
We put all this above info on DVD's and provided Council and other, we though Machynlleth Movers and Shakers but they neither moved nor shook very much unless Embassy Glyndwr pushed and helped out:
Other wise only local body with some go was Cefn Caer who have stuck to their arrangement with Embassy Glyndwr, to establish an Ardd Arwyr Glyndwr, set up an Hanes Glyndwr Exhibition and participate with the Council in holding a public 'Coron Glyndwr' ceremony:
To say we are fed up is far from our total disgust, disquite and discontent = ANNOYANCE!!! Not least because last year the Council, and Canolfan Senedd Glyndwr rather play up to a Cardiff Bay 'WAGGER'. Whilst this year of the 100th anniversary of the Canolfan Senedd Glyndwr, they neither had the Wit or Wisdom to make sure that the 21 Mehefin 1404 'Dydd y Senedd' was made a major part of any commemoration?

On top of which 2012 would be the 600th Anniversary of the conclusion of major fighting in the War of National Liberation and Glyndwr's ''Disappearence'with the death of Owain Glyndwr in 1416. all of which we dispute and what a wonderfull opportunity for the Canolfan to have held a retrospective Conference on Owainb Glyndwr 1400 - 12. Do the poeple responsible for running this Canolfan Glyndwr lack Initiative or what or is it just again do nothing unless large sums of money are handed out. If this is the case then ta! ta! much happening as the Canolf did not get another hand out and why not makes intersting reading, see below:

Annoyed, you bet we are annoyed, not least because as I was orther wise engaged with Tarian Glyndwr in defending our land from 'New Conquistadores' - The Windmill Masters - 'Renewables Robber Barons and their Tan 8 Terrorism in the Desecration of our Heritage in the Landscape as soon in our Mynyddoedd Pumlumon 'Sacred Hills' and the Battle of Hyddgen 1401 Site:
It is now time that Machynlleth intends to do with this festival, do something big as outlined above but we are not leaving it to that, but intend to return next year to make sure something gets done as we had hoped to do but could not even the minimum as below:
This at minimum, is what we will do annually, it is up to Machynlleth and any 'bodies' therein the Council or Canolfan within the Area to make their own addiitions to the day. Also National History and Medieval Re-enactment Socities or otherwise your main event could be a Radical Nationalist one, something like this:

Be more than just your usual Romantic Cultural Nationalism, more on the Radical Republican Nationalist Side but then if Machynlleth is not going to get off their Back Sides this is what they are likely to get and I doubt if it will bring Tourists to the Town, Internal or otherwise but then even Balchder Cymru and 'associates' is better than nothing and anyway Embassy Glyndwr and respectable with our Medieval Romanticism will be out at Cefn Caer. Do note, I am certainly not opposed to a Nationalist Comemoration but not dominated by the 'Plastic Patriotism' of Balchder Cymru alone. So, all note Emassy Glyndwr will be holding a meeting to discuss and set up a back up National and other wise Nationalist Support to this annual commemoration under the E.G. auspices of a Commisioner - our very own staff member Gethin ap Gruffydd.
In conclusion do Study the Below, it will be of help to those of serious mind
who want with sincere heart to Commemorate and Celebrate Hanes Glyndwr
